My stay was good. Thou delayed to check me in due to the fact there was only one staff working

Receptionists are so friendly

Sink in the bathroom was blocked so water couldn't move. They promised to send meintainance team to work on it but never turned up.

Absolutely hate my stay! Awful staff awful management no refund was given for awful nights stay

the hotel is under fine.

the break fast area and food were not as expected. no one serve guests. some plates were broken. guests were chatting while they are standing. no one ask such noisy guests to set and eat on tables. tables are sharing tables (not a problem). the location of the hotel is very good.

Somebody from the hotel should be at the restaurant guiding people to their seats/ tables. Asking noisy guests to set and eat at their tables.

Its a one star property, don't even think about it!Total Score is 0 not, 2.5 by booking website!

The worst ever hotel in Dubai I have been!! It simply sucks and I was tricked by 3 star rating of the hotel, but its less than one star! Cleanliness doesn't even make sense here and the noise of its club is horrible! No one should try this so called Hotel!

Close to the airport

All.Room was smelling from smoking, horibble place, disco until 3a.m.,noisy place. At 5 a.m. starts muezin singing. Noise from the street, cars, not good window. Old hotel need to be renovated.

Not a very good experience in staying there.

An excellent location. Easy access to amenities.

Front office asked for full seven days charge without showing the room. Given room was very small facig the air well though it was on thirdn floor the noise of music from clubs did let us sleep till 03am throughout our stay. Inadequate facilities, only one wall socket working in room.

The bed was kind of old,they don't provide dental kits,no suplimentary drinking water and the bathroom had no hot water.

Over all experience of our stsy was simply disappointed us bathroom was not in proper order

Bed was ok

Bath room was out of order many times called for maintaining department although staff was always there but my opinion is room must be checked properly before provided to guests
